Hi. I registered but gave a wrong birthdate because the app does not let you specify the year. Given that I am rather old, I do not want to spend minutes of my precious life (gets more precious as you get older, right?) changing the year by pressing the arrow to skip year x times. Can you pass on this request to the right people, so they improve it for the next update, please? Fast at getting your car space booked but slow at getting you paid. I didn't receive my keypass for my car park and that means I'm supposed to get the bond, and I've been asking for 2 months for that, and I still haven't received it. I've had to pay for a new one with money out of my own pocket because the person leasing my car space lost it, and now I've had to argue through email and phone calls for a goddamn $150 Bond. This will be the last time I ever use Park hound. Doesn't look after you at all

App experience is not smooth, the app won't allow ANY address, so you cannot proceed to lease out your car park, your account doesn't link up effectively if using on a desktop to mobile device, support service is delayed and this has been more inconvenient than anything else.
