This garbage app is enough for me to warn against anyone joins with PMC, unless you're ready to deal with CONSTANT crashes, bugs, terrible features etc. PMC is sabotaging their valets with this app, which makes us take everyone's information twice (sometimes three times!), and makes retrieving cars way slower with their ridiculous digital tickets that never display right for the guest. PMC's response was to push out updates that add even more bugs and crashes. Terrible company behavior

By far the worst valet system I have used in my 5 years as a valet. Every morning at least 50% of customers have a problem with payment or being double charged. Guests can't request a car until they have paid for the full stay. Leading to mass confusion and customers entering a shorter stay. The "Key scrub" system is just a joke. Zero way to differentiate from people checking out and "will come backs" This whole system is a terrible joke.

Won't save pictures I take of the in house report. Something I must do every night I work at my shifts end. All permissions are given in app settings for PMC and camera.

App won't load or let you log in at all. Completely useless, especially as they control 90% of the parking lots in this city. Get it fixed or remove it from the Play Store if it continues to fail to work.
