Parking Master

Parking Master is parking management and point of sale for companies that run car parks. Check cars in and out at the gate, take cash, print the receipt and close the shift, all from one Android terminal at the counter.

AT THE GATE
• Check a car in by its plate and vehicle type, and check it out with the charge worked out by the server.
• Find a car by its plate or by the digits on it.
• Correct a mistyped plate, or void a stay, with the change kept in the audit trail.
• See how many spaces are taken at each site, so a full car park is not overfilled.
• Sell a monthly pass for a plate: for 30 days that vehicle comes and goes without paying each time. Renew it or void it, and follow the passes in their own report.

CASH AND RECEIPTS
• Open and close cash shifts, record cash in and cash out, and see the expected cash at any moment.
• Print entry and exit receipts on the terminal's built-in printer, or on a small Bluetooth receipt printer.
• Each receipt carries a code that anyone can check against the system.

FOR THE OWNER
• Several sites under one company, each with its own prices and settings.
• Staff with their own sign-in and role: owner, manager, cashier or gate operator.
• Shift and daily reports, and an audit trail of every change that matters.

BUILT FOR THE COUNTER
• Runs on Android point-of-sale terminals with a built-in thermal printer, such as SUNMI devices, and on Android phones.
• Receipts can also print on a small Bluetooth receipt printer that uses ESC/POS commands, with 58 mm or 80 mm paper. Set it up in the app and check it with a test page before the first receipt.
• Printing is optional: without a printer, every check-in, checkout and payment is still saved. The app asks for Bluetooth only when you look for a printer.
• The app speaks English and Bangla. Bangla receipt text is printed as an image, so the printer needs no Bangla font.
• Prices and totals are always decided by the server, never by the terminal.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Set up your company. Create your parking company, add each site with its own prices and settings, and give every member of staff their own sign-in and role.
2. Work the gate. Check each car in by its plate and vehicle type, and print the entry receipt. At exit the server works out the charge: take the cash and print the exit receipt.
3. Close the shift. Close the cash shift against the expected cash, then read the shift and daily reports.

BUILT TO BE TRUSTED WITH THE DAY'S TAKINGS
• Each staff member sees only what their role allows, and each company's data is kept apart from every other company's.
• All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as hashes.
• No advertising, and we do not sell data.

Recent changes:
- Support sign-in: with a one-time code, Parking Master support can open your company in the app to help you directly. A band across every screen says whose view it is and when it ends, and it works online only.
- A Bengali count never splits from টি on screen.
