Easy to use, when information is added it is only 3 button clicks and your parking session is started. As a foreigner I was pleased to see that the app is also in English.

The worst out of all the parking providers in Estonia. The app loops decent, but you really should only use this for finding the parking lots and their codes since the app charges a €0.35 "service fee" no matter what. None of the other ways to pay for the parking with Ühisteenused has such a charge. You're much better off using the method of texting to 1902 on your phone. One would expect that method to incur extra charges since it requires your phone company as an intermediary.

Guests from other countries cannot use it. Application does not send confirmation SMS to phone numbers of other countries.

Why don't they write out a preliminary cost for the time that you have already specified and that the app knows (automatic stop time)? Stupid app design or business model by choice? Anyway their YT12 zone in Tallinn has different rate for 24h on the signs and in the app. (6e vs 5e). No idea on how expensive my 24h parking will be. If it goes over 6euro I am moving my car somewhere else. What a time waster, I could be having a beer right now instead of looking at this app.
