Download the app to get started. You’ll enter details about your symptoms, provide payment information and then you’ll access a virtual waiting room. Within minutes, you’ll be connected to a physician who will discuss your medical history and symptoms. If a prescription is a medically-necessary part of your care plan, it will be submitted electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.
Parkview OnDemand provides care for adults age 18 and over, and children ages 3 to 18 who are with a parent or guardian. Parkview OnDemand is not for use in emergencies that require immediate attention. For medical emergencies, call 911.

😊 DR DOES CALL YOU if tech fails 4 a "phone visit" & CALLS IN MEDS! 😊 Virtual waiting room had audio/visual. "Next patient" was 15 min.wait. Tech difficulty 20 min. Call Appt. = 2 min. 🐞 App itself had expected bugs ("Chose "phone visit" and still tried to connect to "video visit". Video takes 10 min to "initialize", & audio/visual didn't work when finally "connected" - on Xfinity Wi-Fi) 📲 Upload issue screenshots for IT Dept. 2 help solve the bugs, 😁 Great concept & got meds w/o office germs!

I did one call and the medicine ended up not curing the infection. Called back a week later for another charged appt. And was told I was given the wrong diagnosis. I told the doctor I was allergic, and it said so on my profile. He said it wouldn't matter because it was topical. The pharmacy wouldn't fill it. They couldn't get a hold of the doctor. I called three times and waited 12 hours for another drug. Never got one. Had to pay another 50 dollars because never replaced the med with the allergy

Absolute ripoff, we needed to be seen for an earache, after they took our $50 we were told their policy is they cannot treat minors with earaches! Really all that information was requested before we paid, but were not told that we couldn't be treated until after we paid. I explained I did not think that was right, and I was told you are paying for my advice, and that is we can't treat minors virtually for earaches, so my advice is he needs an in person visit! What a scam!
