★★★★★ I have been experiencing very bad tooth pain could not get into the dentist right away do to long wait list, but today I choose to do a virtual anywhere care through UPMC I gave them 5 stars because it was fast, easy, my prescriptions were sent to my local pharmacy with in minutes and the provider was very nice and also helpful!!! I would recommend them iF YOU NEED TO SEE SOMEONE FAST Remembers IF IT'S EMERGENCY ROOM ALWAYS CALL 911 OR GO TO YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY ROOM!!

★★★★★ Easy to use and super convenient to have a doctor visit from the comfort of your own home.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible experience! I tried to reconnect various times. I was even connected, and they were trying to reconnect as well. That's how they cancelled my visit two times according to the message on the screen. My cell phone, Wi-Fi, and the app is up-to-date. Lack of professionalism. They should have called me. At the end, I tried to reconnect, and I saw a message asking me to enter a payment method, so they can transfer to a more qualified assistant. Better to go a UPMC clinic.

★★☆☆☆ I have tried 3 times to see a provider, and it keeps kicking me out. The app closes every time it tries to go to the screen to pay my copay.

★★☆☆☆ This app is terrible. It kicks me off every time the doctor comes on. Black screen, force close. I've tried countless times with many different doctors. I'm using a s24 ultra. I've tried using strong Wi-Fi and 5g cellular data. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing. I've tried reseting my phone. Nothing. This app is trash.
