Android tools for faster tracking

Reports, exports and billing support

When you need invoices, SubTotal can create PDF invoices from your WorkingHours data.

Your data, your choice
No WorkingHours account or registration is required for the app itself. Optional sync uses your own cloud storage, including OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud or WebDAV, so you can keep your work log available across supported Android, Windows, iOS and macOS versions.

That means you can track time on your phone or tablet, then continue reviewing or editing your timesheet on a laptop or desktop through the app's sync model.

WorkingHours is free to use. Some advanced features require WorkingHours Pro, which can be tested with a 7-day trial after installing the app.

On Android, Pro removes ads and includes advanced features such as cloud sync, Excel/CSV export, focus sessions, unlimited tasks, widget and notification timer control, and geofencing. Pro is available as either a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription with the same features.

Your Android Pro purchase or subscription is linked to your Google Play account and unlocks Pro for the Android version. Other platforms may require a separate purchase.

After using this app for tracking my time at work since I work an hourly job, I found that it was very helpful. And I eventually paid for the full version so that I could get all the updates and use all the features that I needed. I don't track breaks or unpaid time, but I do track job types and for a time I tracked the time I worked at two other jobs. I love this app, and I use it every single day.

Very poor implementation. I have requested a refund, why has this been rejected? The app was recommended by a colleague, who is using the Windows version. The Android version has IMHO a lot of usability issues. This is the only reason I purchased it. I requested a refund through the Google Play Store's refund process. So it is them who have not sent you any emails. As far as I know there is no way to email you the details of what is wrong, nor to apply for a refund. No more space to reply

I do not earn a set holy wage and this gave the impression I could add my $ in at the end of each log, you cannot, you have to have a set wage per hr, but I cannot add tips or anything extra to keep a track of better days on average. I paid for a subscription only for it to be a useless app for me. Make the $ adjustable!

Features not mentioned as only in pro version: no advertisements, cloud synchronization, excel and CSV export, focus sessions, unlimited amount of tasks and many more. Edit: Please mention the free features and the pro features separately in the application description. No point in misleading the users during their research phase only for them to find out after installation. That is not fair.
