They provide worst service. There deliver and pick up can take months, and they don't bother to inform customer. They work on their own timeline. Once u subscribe to their product. It is really difficult to terminate it. Also, customer service sucks

City furnish is now indulging in fraudulent practices. Have returned the furniture almost 45 days ago. Still awaiting security deposit refund inspire of multiple follow-ups and mail conversation. So be sure of checking on deposit refund before you return the rented item.

Worst service ever... I have already paid money and as per their policy they promise to deliver the product within 3 working days. But it's been more than 3 days they have not delivered the product neither informed anything about that...when I called they casually said due to quality issue they can't deliver the product and will take another 4–5 days. I recommend not to use this app or site ever.
