Sucks Since the new update this app is garbage. It never works when I try to push on anything. Also, it now looks like an old app with the new layouts. Very disappointed, definitely a step backwards.

Was great in the beginning but constantly crashes, freezes and refuses to load. My original review from two years ago still has the same complaint. Z-Wave adding can take all day if the controller and devices aren't in agreement. The app will freeze if there is a tiny hiccup in adding devices. You guys really need to get this together, control 4, URC, and others are all better smart home integration technology by leaps and bounds...

This app is absolute garbage and never works. It takes 20 minutes to do one thing because all the app does is lock up. It's unfortunate that I am forced to give it a single star. JUNK!!!

The recent update is full of absolutely unnecessary changes that don't provide any actual benefit. The app is slower, more glitchy, and more confusing to navigate. An example being the different sections of a customer profile that load individually (each with its own personal loading animation, which causes the buttons to physically move positions on the screen when they come and go) only to have some of those sections load a second time for no reason. Revert, and go back to the drawing board.

Vivint Contract keeping -500000 points I had to get an attorney to make Vivint to honor the contract that's paid in full. I also filled police report of Vivint harassment to me.
