It's an app that has lots of technical repeated issues that no one can handle in a short time. You have to send 100 of times. 1. My jobs are hanging for the second time. 2. The calendar shows me - 472 hours, although I updated it. 3. The hours counter is 20 hours less than the other Orcas app. 4. The rating issue, although I send and agreed 100 of times that the client gave me 1 star by mistake, & uphill now they didn't change it, although they called the client themselves. They said it's not changeable

1- two technical issues happened after payment by Fawry with 2 parents and I haven't received those payments on "my salary" yet month ago until today. 2- I have been working for 2 months offline and online without a single pound of the finished job received on my visa after redeeming. 3- some of the following up team are trying to help, but they're barely available or responsive. 4- complaints are being sent many times to the email support and no answer.

I've been through the whole process of registration, wasted alot of time just to have a really bad experience of a crashing mobile application every time I try to access my profile tab just to set it up. Really disappointed, specially after I managed to come up with the patience to follow up with the help center and give feedback on my issue with no luck of finding a solution. 👎🏽👎🏽
