I've been working with Orcas for almost a year now. The idea of the application is great, and now with the recent updates everyone can learn anything starting from academic sessions to sports and crafts. But, the most thing that I admire as a tutor that their respect and flexibility with the tutors is the same as they do with the parents.

Really bad service they contact you if you cancelled or didn't renew with one teacher but if you need there help to fix the stupid app no one is there

Within few hours of installing the app you get a call from them telling you that you searched for bla bla bla. This is not customer service, this is breaching user's privacy. Unprofessional action!

Application very slow unable to load and the keep saying that we didn't pay while I paid them by credit card no one answer my calls no one following up... Worst service ever
