The delivery is very late. In the app it says,"delivery ll arive in 20 mins" but in real life it takes 1 hrs and sometimes 1hrs 20 mins. I ll rather go to a local store and get the items in less than 4 mins🥀

Rider deserves 10 stars but the organization deserves 0 stars rating as it cannot fulfill its delivery commitment within the stipulated time, clear management issue within organization as it's a growing company they cannot employ riders and fulfill order at correct time ... NOW AT Times OF CRISIS ALREADY STARTED TO TAKE DELIVERY CHARGES
