I would have liked if you could have a next of keens or in case of emergency details available on the app. For instance even before you logged in for example.

Unable to register. Manually entering the IIIm device serial number (can't find a qr code for the device). Scanned the Cardio Messenger Smart qr code. App says: "Something went wrong. Or server rejected the data." Please help.

No matter what you do it does not work you can scan the QR code you can put in the serial numbers it does not matter

Doesn't work period! I have entered ALL the requested information and the last screen says "Something went wrong. Wait a week. Blah, blah, blah..." I've had my device for 5 days now. I have no idea if my information is going to the data center bc this app says that I may have not been connected with them yet, basically! It seems that literally EVERYONE is having the same issue and all you keep telling everyone is to write an email to the company? You need to fix the problem or dump the app!
