RIC Patient is the official patient app of the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Government of Punjab. See your test results and hospital visits on your phone, without waiting in line at the counter.

YOUR REPORTS, AS SOON AS THEY ARE READY
• Lab (pathology) reports: every test with your result, the normal range and a clear High / Low marker
• Radiology reports: findings and impression from Echo, X-ray and other imaging tests
• A notification the moment a new report is ready, with one tap to open it
• Download any report as a PDF in the hospital's official format and share it with your doctor on WhatsApp or email

YOUR VISITS
• A timeline of your OPD, emergency and admission visits to RIC, with department and date

YOUR DIGITAL HOSPITAL CARD
• Your MR number always with you, with a QR code to show at reception or the lab counter

EASY AND SECURE SIGN-IN
• Sign in with your MR number or CNIC and a 6-digit code sent to you on WhatsApp
• Stay signed in on your phone, so there's no code to wait for every time
• Optionally set your own username and password from Profile
• Only you can see your records; your session is kept in your phone's secure storage

GOOD TO KNOW
• Reports come directly from the RIC hospital system.
• The code is sent to the mobile number on your hospital record. If it has changed, ask the RIC reception to update it.
• Normal ranges can differ by age and sex. Always discuss your results with your doctor.
