All data is saved locally by application so nurse/doctor can check their patients’ last assessment status, their assessment records and medicines assigned to them along with its dosage-schedule at any time whenever they want.

Email address problem Would not take my email address because of it being too long. Come on, really? I liked the idea but never even got to open the app. Also, why don't they offer the full version, if they do, I never saw it listed here.

Used less than 30s then uninstalled. You need to enter all information for a patient before it lets you save it, including email address and home address! Should not be necessary.
