Patient tracker is an Android Tab application which can be used by doctors and nurses to collect data of their patients to track patient’s general information.

Also information related to their medicines and vital signs by saving it every time when a patient visits them. All data is saved locally by application so nurse/doctor can check their patients’ last assessment status, their assessment records and medicines assigned to them along with its dosage-schedule at any time whenever they want.

Great App for Doctors and Nurse to track patient this application is so much helpful to store the patient records by his/her profile details and medical records. Application can stored assessment (vital records)of patient too.

Email address problem Would not take my email address because of it being too long. Come on, really? I liked the idea but never even got to open the app. Also, why don't they offer the full version, if they do, I never saw it listed here.

Used less than 30s then uninstalled. You need to enter all information for a patient before it lets you save it, including email address and home address! Should not be necessary.
