This App provides access to modules in the Patient Portal of the Guardian Platform.

The mobile app has following features
- TeleHealth: Book, edit and view Appointments.
- Video Call: Communicate with a physician as part of a telemedicine feature.
- Demographics: View Patient Demographics and change requests.
- Health Care Providers: View associated health care providers of a patient.

Apart from the above-mentioned modules, the patient has access to the other features like Reports, Vitals, Problems, Medications, Allergies, and Lab Results etc.

Note: The Patient needs to have a Guardian Patient Portal login, in order to use this App

I am trying to use this app, with my chrome desktop with my desktop, that says it is compatible yet when ii download and try to sign it says it is for a mobile phone. What am I doing wrong?

Following entry into the guardian portal it displays a message that I am using an old version & a new one is available. When I click on 'ok' it gives me 2 choices, both of which refer me to other services & ads. If I bypass those choices I do access icons related to 'my health' information. The problem then is that when I click on each icon, it displays a message that no information is available. As far as I am concerned ... the guardian app for dr visits, etc. NEED a Lot of Adjustments!!
