Teladoc Health is a telehealth platform that unifies virtual care delivery with a single patient experience. The Teladoc Health Patient App enables video communications with your healthcare provider on your Android device. Use of this App requires an individual invitation link delivered via email or SMS from your provider or access to a unique waiting room URL. Clicking on the invitation link or web site link will launch the App and allow access. If you are a patient, ask your doctor if you should download the Teladoc Health Patient App for your Android device.
This App allows patients to: - Click a link from an appointment invitation of a visit now URL to input demographic information and complete the intake process associated with a specific visit. This process can include: - Medical questionnaires - Consent forms - Payment - Insurance processing - Video consult with a medical provider - Patient survey, which will be available for the provider to review as a part of the visit encounter.

This was easy 2 use & convenient, especially 4 someone who is ill. The video & audio were great. Dr. Jiang asked relevant questions & gave useful advice in terms of what I may have. She also explained the differences between various illnesses this could b as well as what it may not be based on symptoms. Dr. Jiang also suggested a throat spray med that would help soothe my sore throat. Will use this again in the future. Thx. Charmaine

Great way to get some medical help for the minor things in life, I had a back issue and my primary care provider was full up for a couple of weeks, the tele-doctor was great, listened to my concerns and got me the proper medication to get me fixed up till I could see my primary care doctor. Note tele-doctor can't prescribe narcotics, fed law they said but that's really about the only restriction I found

I have a note 9 and still unable to install and then was installed but unable to open even after clearing just apps and this was the only app on the phone ended up calling my doctor on the cell phone and used the video call off my cell phone 🤔
