Wow, I didn't know it was this easy. I really have bad anxiety and hate waiting in a waiting room for something I usually know is a sinus infection. I spoke to a male nurse/doctor who seemed really nice. I believe it may be a sinus infection; it's basically the same thing as at the clinic, I just don't have to wait. It was very fast and I'm grateful.

I've used it multiple times this year twice for nicotine patches and gum, and once for a cold—and it never disappoints. You just pick 24/7 care, answer a few quick questions, and boom, you're tossed straight into a waiting room. Within minutes, a professional doctor is on-screen. WHAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU IS THEY CAN'T PRESCRIBE ANTIBIOTICS OR ANY MEDS THAT WOULD ACTUALLY HELP A SICK PERSON. THEY SAY THEY MAKE IT CONVENIENT BUT THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS TAKING YOUR MONEY. I WENT TO GET A REFUND BECAUSE THE DR I WAS USING TOOK APPROXIMATELY 2 MINUTES TO TELL ME HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME AND SUGGESTED I GO TO THE DR. 40 DOLLARS TO TELL ME WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS DOING! A JOKE. CREATING A FOCUS GROUP AT MY NATIONWIDE EMPLOYER TO GET RID OF TELEDOC ACROSS EVERY STATE. ✌️

The last few providers I have had either show up very late or not at all. It is hard already to get linked to care but even harder when the care itself leaves you feeling like you do not matter. UPDATE: somehow its worse. Good luck resetting password or finding previous providers.

Loved this when it was Livongo, but ever since this has gone under Teledoc it has all kinds of glitches. Usually it won't bring up the food you are trying to enter and tells you that it's having trouble connecting to their food list. Uninstalled it and reinstalled it, it worked for one day. Please fix the damn thing. Please

Setting up appointment adding photos and info it just keeps resetting to beginning. Very frustrating when trying to make appointment. Ill just use a real doctor. App is sketchy. If it doesn't work, abandon it! Report it!
