It's really helpful when you have a kid, and you can't spend all day in the emergency room with them to get yourself care, and you have to be a mom first

I have only been using this for the food tracking and weight options as this is through my work's insurance. Overall I think it works well but: 1. Food tracking can be really buggy at times. Half of the entries say "try again" and then show junk entries. Requires a lot of connection. 2. No option to output food data into Google Health Connect.

Amazingly quick to get to talk to a doctor, and they make it easy to get the care you need for minor things without even leaving the house, and they are there any time of the day whether it's 1pm or 1 am a doctor is there to call or video visit with you...... I honestly don't know what I would do without this service.....

Connection issue; will say try again later will duplicate whatever you were trying to do as if there was no connection issue. Inconsistent weight readings; one day I weigh 160 lbs, the next morning I weigh 170, 2 minutes later I weigh 159, next morning I weigh 160. Not reliable at all, ill do better with a regular bathroom scale. Then the time jumps from central to I don't know what time zone. If the weight is incorrect how can I trust the fat and muscle mass percentages is correct.

Wasted my time and money. Burned the back of my throat on a dry ice cocktail. Told the doctor multiple times I had NO cough, just severe pain. He completely ignored me, kept cutting me off calling me "brother," and prescribed me cough medicine anyway! Refused a numbing agent, spent 5 mins just to say "body heals itself." when I told support he gave the wrong meds, they said I'd have to pay for a whole new visit to get it fixed. Total scam. Terrible doctor, even worse customer policy.

Im constantly having to call because for some reason I get booted out of my sign in and my saved password tells me it doesn't work the video chat freezes I've been discharged by doctors because I missed appointments due to these issues
