Tlaloc is so convenient for someone who works full time. Always quick and to the point without having to lose hours to leave for a doctor's appointment.

CVS said the doctor wasn't licensed. Tlaloc said they can't send certain prescriptions like kid pink eye meds to CVS. Either way, this is a joke. And the app kept asking to rate the app while I was in the appointment so the appointment crashed.

Even though uti is listed in the top 10 options to click for treatment, Teledoc has recently updated their policy and do not treat for uti. They claim males do not get uti infections. Well that is news to me after having them 20 years! I am done with Teledoc

This app is a joke. I finally got the video to work, but it seems the audio doesn't work with the video in the doctor's appointment. The app seems to be blocking the phone from ringing. Pathetic... Tlaloc obviously needs new programmers, or maybe it's in usability design. Of course, when you do connect with a provider they charge $70 for "advice" to see someone in person, when all I wanted was a prescription for an antibiotic to prevent infection. Screw them and this "service".
