Amazingly quick to get to talk to a doctor, and they make it easy to get the care you need for minor things without even leaving the house, and they are there any time of the day whether it's 1pm or 1 am a doctor is there to call or video visit with you...... I honestly don't know what I would do without this service.....

Excellent experience. In less than 10 min I filled out my info, uploaded photos of my issue, & was connected with a clinician. I received a response almost immediately. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy right away and was ready for pickup about 20 minutes later. The app was easy to use, convenient, & much faster than trying to get an in-person appointment. The provider was professional & efficient, & I appreciated how simple the whole process was from start to finish. I highly recommend!

Wasted my time and money. Burned the back of my throat on a dry ice cocktail. Told the doctor multiple times I had NO cough, just severe pain. He completely ignored me, kept cutting me off calling me "brother," and prescribed me cough medicine anyway! Refused a numbing agent, spent 5 mins just to say "body heals itself." when I told support he gave the wrong meds, they said I'd have to pay for a whole new visit to get it fixed. Total scam. Terrible doctor, even worse customer policy.

If by a horrible chance you get Dr. Keith Kiser kindly tell him to shut up and listen. Told me he could not prescribe antibiotics unless I was sick for 10 days. I have chronic sinus infections and ear infections due to allergies. Without antibiotics, I end up in the emergency room. I pay for this service, so I DO NOT END UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM. HORRIBLE DOCTOR. FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY! I called back and got a great doctor who immediately sent me in exactly what I needed and more. DO NOT SEE KISER!

I've had decent experiences with the telehealth providers but have been given the run-around while trying to access my benefits under the condition management program. I've had to make multiple calls to my insurance and submit multiple cases with Tlaloc health/formerly livongo and still haven't resolved the issue with this benefit under my account and my case has been escalated and transferred to another department for the third time
