I only have two complaints. One, I wish the blood pressure logs would also keep track of the pulse readings. Two, you should be able to order lancets and test stripes separately. I have way too many strips and not enough lancets.

Tlaloc is so convenient for someone who works full time. Always quick and to the point without having to lose hours to leave for a doctor's appointment.

Cannot find insurance company. Spent an hour on the phone with a lady who couldn't type or do anything to find my coverage. Called my insurance who confirmed I was covered and transferred me back to teledoc who again couldn't find my coverage. Then they required $89 to self pay before I could even see if I could get an appointment. RUN from this app and teledoc.

It's difficult for me to find the information I need, and even though my insurance has a $0 copay everywhere else, Tlaloc won't see me without a large copay. The condition management and coaching is a joke, I haven't received any helpful advice, and they never sent me a glucometer. They don't help with all chronic conditions either, just like 3 things. The app is dull and confusing for me to navigate. There's rarely anyone available when I've had questions.

Even though uti is listed in the top 10 options to click for treatment, Teledoc has recently updated their policy and do not treat for uti. They claim males do not get uti infections. Well that is news to me after having them 20 years! I am done with Teledoc
