Today was my first time using my glucose tester and this Livongo app. Everything worked as it should with no problems. I was able to take my first glucose reading easily. Works well to track weight and blood pressure using their smart scale and smart BP monitor. I fought with entering items in the food log for a few days and discontinued in favor of another app that job so easy

New update completely broke the app. Can't log my weight, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Now I can't log in, even though I'm using the right password (I can log in on the website) and can't reset my password (just in case it was somehow wrong). Utter junk.

I am not impressed with your app. I signed up, so I might monitor my blood pressure daily. You are misleading Many with your advertisement.

Don't use this service if you're planning on changing jobs. I was tracking my weight and no longer have use for the scale. They locked me out of the account, so I could not even access my data to see what weight I lost. Spoke to teledoc rep and living rep and was just told, "Sorry for the bad news." I was told I could still use the scale, but that is about it. Renpho is better. I should have continued with them. It is not attached to any employer, & I can still access my data even after years.

They ruined the app, it used to work perfectly and was very helpful. Since merging with Tlaloc I can't even consistently log in. It's just non-stop errors.
