As a t1 diabetic, this app has impressed me. I can connect multiple types of glucose monitors, keep track of my meds, insulin, meals, nutrition, sleep, exercise etc. It's a great tool to use with your doctor and has so many other features that are very customizable and easy to use.

After reinstalling and skipping connecting to Samsung Health, I got the app to work. In the future I will be getting Dexcom, and I am really excited about it. I chose Dexcom because of Bluestone Diabetes.

Crashes every time I try to open it. Could take 4 times and t min to open before I can get in to record a meal. Once I get it to open it seems like a very helpful and useful tool. But taking 5 min to open really ruins the experience

This app constantly closes, and then you need to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work on LG5 cell phone. This has been going on for years now. I've complained for years to Blue Star and still the lisp program hasn't been straighten out to work properly.

I am having trouble downloading this application it is not working. I am trying to help my mom, and this has been very frustrating that it has been waiting to download then kicks here out. I come the next day and start all over again.

What I can't get into my account because the stupid page says add insulin. This is horrible. I have no idea what medicine to take at what time or how many. I use your app for everything. My nutritionist, I take 54 medications a day. Please solve this issue. This is my second day of not knowing what to take and when.

Don't waste your time with this app. If you are using a Dexcom CGM get the Dexcom Clarity app; it has better reporting (if this app has any significant reporting I've yet to find it), doesn't delay BG readings by 3 hours, doesn't make me sit through 3 repeats of the splash screen, doesn't nag me with email about getting BG readings entered manually (when it should be picking those up from Dexcom)- luckily you can turn off the email nag. Oh, and it doesn't play very well with Google Fit.
