Lena was very patient and professional while she walked me through getting Well doc app installed and connected to my fact-check meter. She then explained how to log meals and food. Very comprehensive app! Loved you can scan barcode to get food info instantly.

Would rate higher but adding meds is impossible due to "maintenance" that only just ended and now says it needs an update then goes to Play store with no update. Completely unusable. UPDATE: After update finally showed up it started working again, but gives a lot of Bluetooth errors when syncing but eventually updates. Not impressed by the Bluetooth issues. Apps for devices not having issues, except with well doc. Also, can't sync with Google Fit due to Google hasn't verified this app.

The third invitation to Well doc from the HMO finally worked. No trouble installing or setting up an account. Spent a few hours with it, didn't like it at all, deleted it. Does not sync with my Samsung watch or Samsung Health. Been using Samsung stuff for a few years, like it, works seamlessly. Looked at their fitness instructors, didn't see anyone who I could identify with. One guy looked just like Andrew Tate, spooky. I can find what I need with Samsung Health or online.

I mainly used this for food tracking for my doctor. I loved the app for nearly a year, and then they updated it. It completely sucks now. You used to be able to search for food to add, and it would give you options. Now, when you search, it chooses 1 for you with no options. If it's wrong, you can't change it. You can still add with a barcode, but if you try to do that more than once, it will crash. All saved meals are broken, and all old food entries are broken. This update ruined the app.

The new update is quite buggy. The database of food items has incorrect calorie counts, the search function is broken, and all previous entries are now incorrect.
