★★★★★ I liked all the Dr I saw there until I moved ànd tried to change my PCP closer to where I lived, and they accused me of Dr shopping and I lost my PCP, hematologist, pulmonologist, obgyn that sucks when I was just trying to get a PCP I was getting my paint meds from my rumotogist sucks

★★☆☆☆ I am unable to confirm my appointment time on the portal, w/ Dr. Lobos for Weds. 10-23-24, this same morning. What a PITA! Hope I make it in time from Greenville!

★★☆☆☆ App is so slow (like dial up Internet slow) to load messages or other data. Supposedly you can use the app to make appointments. I can see upcoming appointments or request cancellation. But, I've yet to find the option to make an appointment using within the app.

★★☆☆☆ Don't bother calling. The only answer you get is from a remote location, not even in North Carolina. If you send a message via email, they send you an appointment, Worst communication ever!

★★☆☆☆ This app is horrible. The Dr's office wants you to utilize the app because it's more convenient for them, but the app won't load anything. I have restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing is working. Now I will have to call the office and wait on hold.
