I liked all the Dr I saw there until I moved ànd tried to change my PCP closer to where I lived, and they accused me of Dr shopping, and I lost my PCP, hematologist, pulmonologist, obgyn that sucks when I was just trying to get a PCP I was getting my paint meds from my rumotogist sucks

Don't bother calling. The only answer you get is from a remote location, not even in North Carolina. If you send a message via email, they send you an appointment, Worst communication ever!

Probably the absolute worst patient portal I've ever used. It's slow and isn't functionally friendly. Things that are mandated by the ONC Cures Act like immediate release of test results doesn't happen. And there website isn't any better. You can message providers, but you can't reply to their response. You have to begin a new message. Just overall an awful app. Find a different provider who uses My Chart.
