Immediately crashes when attempting to open the app. I'm using a Cricket Dream 5G, and I just replaced the same model phone due to damage, where the app worked perfectly before, so this seems impossible, and is very annoying. I have to have this app to get my dialysis supplies, so it's very important it works. If anyone else is experiencing this issue too, please speak up, and we can hopefully get this fixed sooner rather than later.

Takes way to long to load. App is very, very slow. Update is horrible.

Updated the app, and it let me log in but soon as it opens it shuts down new update is no good should have kept it like it was

It's very frustrating that the app is exclusive to only ptnts of Fresenius. Which has extremely long hold times to place orders & even say on recording to use the ptnt hub for fstr service, but it's not available to you unless you receive your treatments from a Fresenius Clinic. I'm a ptnt at Dialysis which use Fresenius eqmnt&supplies. Fresenius prides themselves on bng the #1 supplier of dialysis eqmnt&supplies but not that customer friendly if they're mkng it this hrd to place an order.
