The app is useful overall, a good tool to help with the management. However, one huge drawback: due to seemingly bad implementation, the messaging feature is unusable. Too bad, because that should be one of the most important things in the app. When I type the performance goes down as soon as a few words are on the screen. Every letter takes ages to show up. Overall unusable. Tested on pixel 6 and Pixel 4a, latest software. Should be fixable?

Great App and booking experience, I could find a camper last minute for my long weekend trip for me and my two friends. There is a lot of camper vans to choose from, and you can easily use the filters to best fit your trip. One recommendation would be to be able to review the camper pictures before processing to the booking just to make sure you still are on the right page. I would definitely book again !

Awful in Android, bad optimized, buggy... I started to rent my van through this platform recently but the trust on this platform, given the efficiency of this appis very low. I cannot imagine what could happen if something goes wrong. I can't send messages, my booking requests don't update, I can see other users' profile.... If not for the desktop website, the whole thing would be completely useless in an Android. iPhone is good though, I guess they expect van owners to own iPhones...

I actually like the App and concept. A serious user problem though is that many camper owners simply ignored my requests. Not even declined, but just ignored. If you had a rating system for example, they at least would feel more inclined to respond to queries, maybe.
