Just can't change the preferred business, so annoying. It's like glued to Paws and Claws when I wish to change it to Fur and Feathers on Allen Rd. Great software that makes running a dog business a breeze for both the owner and the clients. Our employees clock in using the app, our clients reserve spots for daycare/boarding/grooming etc., and the database holds all client info. Well done!

We use Paw Partner at my job. If it's accessed through a web browser, it works pretty well but for some reason when I use the app I have approximately 20 seconds before an Error message pops up, and I'm kicked off the app. This makes it more difficult getting my work done when I'm out of the office, bringing me to the realization that downloading the app was just a waste of time. Reply: I believe the error message says "Network error. Please try again. (-6)" But it flashes so fast I'm not sure

You are permanently stuck with whatever kennel you choose the first time. The only way to fix this is to delete your account completely a lose all information. Even if you don't book your account is locked out.

I haven't used the app in a couple of years, so I uninstalled and reinstalled, but I still get the following error with the old app and the new version: error Network error. Please try again. (-6)
