The app was working The next thing it stopped, I had to send 20+ emails before getting a response. Now it has started again, sent several emails attached with what is required but no one bothers to answer, what's the use of having contact details if clients can't get hold of service. I'm no longer getting the 3 months splits, it wants me to pay the whole amount same time, might as well delete because you'll never get help. Imagine being stranded in-store, what an embarrassment

My experience with PayJustNow has been very disappointing. I purchased a pair of sneakers, but they were too small, so I returned them to the store and requested a refund. Since then, I have had to visit the store multiple times and have still not received my refund. What has been most frustrating is that I continue to receive notifications about deductions while my refund remains unresolved? I feel that customers should receive better support and clearer communication during the refund process.

Pay just now is a scam, it has stopped breaking down the purchase amount in to 3 quarters. Now we have to pay the full amount 😡😡😡🤷🤦 so what's the use of having this app🤦 and their customer support service very useless 😡😡 👎
