I have been using PJN for three years now. I've made well over 20+ purchases with this payment method. I've never experienced any issues in the last three years that I have been using this app. Any queries that I did have were resolved within 1-2 business days. I have used it on Takealot, Makro, Superbalist and a couple of retail stores. I genuinely love this app and 100% would recommend it.

Really pissed by Pay Just Now, they couldn't debit money from my account and I later paid the money on the same day, but they then debited extra R137 and their support is not of any help neither do they reply to email😡😤

Absolute trash. This app is a buggy mess, with poor technical support. I've tried using it 3 times now, and every single time it gave me a new issue. Firstly this app will glitch and straight up charge you the full installment of a purchase and bugs out when you try and place orders, and you will struggle to remove those misplaced orders. You are unable to remove banking details, and you cant contact support via the app, they have you chat to some stupid AI chatbot. Do not recommend.

The app is horrible and barely works plus the process to get an approved limit doesn't work unless you contact support. Overall the app is bad and the approval process just doesn't work unless you fight with customer support
