This app is just frustrating especially with the new feature of selfie verification for each purchase I understand the fraud and this was put into place for that reason but to verify myself at the store for each purchase is annoying especially when the app does not work properly. Like who has time to be moving around at the till to get verified for a purchase especially when the store is busy, and you hold up the line there should be a better way to get verified for a purchase than a selfie.

The new selfie verification simply doesn't work. It won't load, so I can't even try and verify my purchase. Really enjoyed the service when I could just use my pin to make purchases. I can no longer use the service because of this selfie verification

Customer Service Non-Existent My card has expired for payments, and I'm having trouble loading the new card for 2 weeks now. I have tried phoning have sent emails tried the chat option with no success. I have done everything from my side with no joy from the Payjustnow support team. Very frustrating!
