Frustrating and Unreliable App. Using the Ned bank app is an absolute nightmare. Half the time, it doesn’t work properly. The login process is broken—I’ve had to try logging in over 20 times in a row, and it still kicks me back to the login screen. When it does work, it feels like sheer luck. For something as important as banking, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable, I've had moments where I really needed to access my account but couldn't. Absolutely frustrating!

The app is utter garbage and in the end does not save you any time because you land up having to go into the branch anyway rendering the whole self-service portion for account applications entirely useless. 1) Took multiple attempts to basically hack the app to accept my residential address 2) Multiple cases where Approve It simply does not work or send you the requests 3) Got no notifications regarding FICA documentation 4) Having to force close / clear cache to get Approve It requests

Not usable for peope asylum ID. can't log in because it requires South Africa ID or foreign passport. Asylum seeker can use FNB and Absa with 100% functionality why not NED
