I was informed I needed to reinstall the app. I deleted, and now I cannot download the new version. Staff at the bank say it is a phone problem. Why would I be given the message if the download is not immediately available? Why not have a press this button to update your app, instead of delete and reinstall? This has been ongoing now for about two weeks. Help!!

What a useless app this is. Pulls no information through related to insurance products or other, so useless for lodging a claim or following up on status of such.

Apps is not user-friendly. There is no one to make payments to new beneficiaries. No way to send a proof of payment while on the go. Ned bank Please make a better app.

This is not acceptable, an all workable app which is fundamental in me running my day to day banking for my business have just gone nuts in the last 2 weeks. I already reinstalled it 3 times only to work 2 log ins and then go offline again. Doesn't want to connect and constantly showing time or errors. Please fix up your mess.
