Absolutely pathetic app and useless helpline! Just received an SMS informing me that my account has been blocked and that I should call the helpline. The helpline just said that my account had been blocked for infrequent usage and low balance, even though I make multiple transactions each month. When I requested them to unblock my account they said they couldn't! Not only is this blocking practice completely unfair, but the helpline provided 0 help, and instead told me to wait indefinitely!
