I've tryed seeing up a prepaid online account I don't seem to be able to but someone has one in my name, so I bought a prepaid papal to use to put my winings from an online game witch I had to pay fees a taxe platform frees they don't tell you that on googel pay why downloading and playing I choes USD dollars for receiving the wining witch I never received but you believe PayPal cash app googel play they got the money because I had to pay these fees up front, or they wouldn't proses if I still have it

Been a customer for 9 years. Never had an issue til 3 years ago. PayPal Prepaid known as Net Spend they closed my account for no reason. They caused my check to bounce back to the company. I'm very happy they closed my account. These guys made my life a living hell for the past 3 years. They never fixed their website, couldn't log in, so I can't see my account. Customer Service absolutely horrible!!!! They just there for a check. I'm glad I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Shouldn't be receiving a fee money for use of their prepaid card, sounds suspicious... seriously? Seems wrong.
