I can't send money from my bank account to my PayPal account on the app. It doesn't show those options I have to go on the Web browser to do that

1. Bad Funds management. Reported me to Credit Agencies and affected my credit report.Oh yes I have multiple credit cards and mortgage but all of them give you a warning or message before reporting to credit agencies.PayPal just does not care. 2. They withheld my funds unnecessarily and no one can report their behavior. 3. Bad Security. Someone authorized credit card transaction from my old phone, and they did not send a text with a code etc. to confirm it.
