If I could give negative stars I would. I've seen better customer service from way smaller corpos and on this app the customer service agents can't even type properly, they make constant typos and don't help you at all. My account was signed into from another country a full 24h before I noticed the email then I signed in changed my password all was good I hadn't lost any money but as soon as I open the customer service and tell them they lock my account and refuse to help or remove my mail

Absolute scam. I've been a user for a while as it's convenient to buy pay safe cards for video games, lately they had a promotion for their pay safe wallet and new wallet users would get €10 in their wallet, I created a wallet and when I tried receiving the €10 their chatbot said I was ineligible, so I asked to speak to a human, after explaining to them my problem they said they escalated my issue and that I should wait for an answer, a month later no follow-ups no nothing. Do not use!!!
