Worst experience. Use alternative don't purchase this policy through pazcare, they don't care. 1. support calling number work but recorded repeating message. No one can pick up. 2. Got a message from every new person during followup claim status. Different person asking for different documents on mail chain then why there is an option to upload Doc on application?? 3. reimbursement not fulfil after 2 month and 5 day still its pending

I had a very bad experience with the Pazcare app and its services. Their customer support is extremely poor and not responsive when you need help. They make false promises at the time of selling the insurance but fail to deliver later. Claim processing is very slow and frustrating. They keep customers waiting without giving proper updates or solutions. Overall, they are playing with customers’ trust and time. I strongly recommend not buying insurance. This is one of the worst insurance.

Worst service, they don't give any timeline for claims just they waste time in the name of queries, taking more than 2 months to generate card and asking documents which hospitals don't have
