Well a company that uses pass care is going for the cheapest option available the services of pass square are pathetic and the customer support is extremely, to have a pass care as a mediator with your TPA is a nightmare in case you are trying to claim for a reimbursement. Better to have an external insurance and not use pay scale for any kind of claims this is a is completely a waste of time. I in a current ongoing claim pay scale has taken almost 70 days and yet have not processed my claim.

Worst experience. Use alternative don't purchase this policy through pazcare, they don't care. 1. support calling number work but recorded repeating message. No one can pick up. 2. Got a message from every new person during followup claim status. Different person asking for different documents on mail chain then why there is an option to upload Doc on application?? 3. reimbursement not fulfil after 2 month and 5 day still its pending

I wouldn’t recommend Pazcare even to my worst enemy. If you value your time, your money, and your mental health, stay far away. Choosing them is a fast track to total frustration. Consider yourself warned.
