Great app. I think the programming is really well done. There are good videos and instructions on each exercise. The only downside I had been I play Aussie rules and there was no program for that, but I offset this with the rugby training program. Would recommend.

Giving 5 stars for support. This app may not be for you if you like variation in your program, like me. GS sold me on the app, and I am using it for my strength season. However, I am in my late 30s, I enjoy crossfit in my regimen, and I prefer variation in my workouts. I understand GS' practice in repetition of movements but doing the same workout for weeks at a time does not fit my workout style. Because the app is available to anyone, I hope GS can do a customer survey to gauge user base.

This app has given me a lot more reason to commit to going to the gym and has also helped me learn new exercises and skill. It's also helped me get much stronger and happier too! I will say, though, the app can be very slow at times as well as glitchy. It takes a while to log sets and when going between programs can get very laggy. And I would love for there to be .5 kg measurements as well which would make it more accurate especially with the weights I use (1.25 kg, 2.5 kg increments)

There is absolutely no weightlifting here. It said it would give me weightlifting for track and field but only banded exercises.

Workouts are amazing but not worht the price and VERY buggy app. It lags during workouts. Every time I log a set it lags then skips halfway through to the next workout, and you have to back track. Real shame because the workouts are intense just not worth the price given the lagging and bugs

Great in theory. But still seemed to be many errors the last time I used it. I purchased a year of the app and only used it for about 5 weeks maybe less. The programming was interesting albeit not the best for a triathlete given the volume. One of my major issues was that it would recommend insane weights. At one point I listed my max squat at 185, it suggests I snatch 250... I also seemed to have the issue some others did with freezing and such. I'd give it another try if it wasn't $$$

The workout was great; however, the app is not great. It consistently froze, and I needed to exit it and re-open to get my son through the workout. Typically, froze when watching the videos to show my son proper technique or how to do the exercise. Probably waited 20 minutes due to how often it froze. We have been using the Volt app which is cheaper and has no glitches based on my observation. We thought we would switch to Peak Strength, but probably not at $39.99 month with the glitches.
