Highly recommended. I currently use only the free version. I use this app to track my PR, record and plan my workouts. You may browse for workout programs if you do not have one.

The flexibility to create your own exercises and programs. The timer alarm is nice motivating and reset easy. Less time-consuming logging easier to stick with exercise plan.

Ridiculous price that doesn't have simple functions. The workout doesn't remember your last sets (superjets...reps...weight). They say it doesn't for the pre-installed "premium" programs. So why pay a premium price? Basic apps have this. It also doesn't include a PPL UL workout in its library. They did add PPL UL program because of my feedback. But if I add an exercise, it doesn't copy it over next week. Not worth the price. I suggest FISTNOTES for a better experience.

When I try to delete a workout with 4 reps from my current log, it keeps coming back and scrambling up my entire log. It's a total disaster adjusting your log

At first, it was awesome, no internet needed, flexible, kinda limitless, even the free version. Now, a few months since I started using it, it has become extremely slow and buggy. I can't copy-paste workouts at all, and now I can't even save my most recent workout. Deleted about 2.5 months of logs to try and free up space, but that wasn't the problem, so I even lost most of the data it already stored. Now I can't even create new workouts, so I must find a new app to use.
