Loving it. Have been using pearler for a few months now, and it is super easy to use, and I love all the features. Tried other investing platforms like nab trade and Comm Sec but, 100% like pearler more. The Features are great and the customization and graphs are great for those who don't like just lines of numbers like the others.

Since fixed - thank you. We added a new housing asset, for some reason this resulted in multiple shared assets being created (so we had our supers showing twice and car twice). Asked pearler for help, they fixed this issue but in the process managed to lose our entire housing history (balances over time), change the super balances and lose the entire history and change the amount for the car. After nearly 2 weeks, they said they can't help we have to fix manually

Pretty poor experience and high fee, the app is terrible, information is covered by chat icon, cannot select to view transaction, log you out when you click last page. Terrible UI/UX, slow withdraw time, I requested to exchange USD to AUD which took 5 days including weekend, and then another 4 days for AUD transfer to bank......$6.5 fee per trade, will be switching to revolut which is 0.25% per trade and app is so much better! Only gave 2 stars because support is good.

Trying to set up accounts, get verified, and generally find anything on the app is not intuitive or straightforward at all. Probably fine for set and forget investments, do not feel confident using it for anything beyond that. Switching back to CMC Invest.

Terrible app. Often unable to sign in as server is down and keep getting a message saying to try again.
