App is accurate, to calibrate it to your step length; you go to Settings - Walking Modes - then adjust the step length to match the distance you walked. If you don't have a measured mile somewhere, you can use your car to measure a mile or some shorter distance if you are not up to miles yet or possibly google maps and walk it. then adjust your steps to match the distance. Have a good time getting out.

This app does an excellent job... EXCEPT that its program clock, STILL, ALWAYS rolls the 11:30 to midnight step count to the next day. All steps up to 11:30pm are counted on the correct day, but never between 11:30pm and midnight. Please fix that messed up half hour in your program. Thank you.

It only seems to actually save your steps count about once every billion hours or so. If you have to turn off your phone or it restarts or you run out of battery you can be out literally thousands of steps. It would be quite good if not for this ridiculous flaw.

Step counter is accurate. Distance is not. Walked 2km, this app measured it as 1.4km. Would not recommend this app to people who is trying to actively measure the amount of calories burned through walking.
