Wow what a rip-off, topped up, 10 eur twice, they charged 50 eur to my card, the first day a long ride was 5/6eur, the second day am Much shorter ride was charged at 11,eur. The map and app is unclear where to park, the scooters are slowed... Absolutely awful service. Don't say you were not warned!!

The app is not good at all, charged me almost double price, it was still topped up all the time and now I have credit in wallet that I will never use. I took the scooter from a parking and the app didn't let me park in the same area, it took me 15 min to find another parking, now I understand why nobody was riding this brand of scooters!

THEY ARE AWFUL, DO NOT USE. They take double the price of your first ride out and leave it on your account as credit, so you have to use the Scooter again. They also are so hard ro Park, not clear where the areas to park are and when you're in the wrong zone it's hard to figure out where else you can go to park. Overall the app and the customer service is shocking and a massive waste of money.

They charge 10 euro without asking, even if the ride is cheaper... Also, DON'T use your main bank card as they will charge more according to other reviews
