I still like the app because I can transfer money between accounts and set travel alerts. But the text used to be black and dark green. Now it is light gray and light green, and I can barely see it. I just have one question for Pen Air: WHY FIX WHAT ISN'T BROKEN?! Why spend all that money to just change the colors? Why remove all the tellers from the banks and stick screens in there that we are now forced to use? We have been with Pen Air for more than 16 years, but are SERIOUSLY considering moving

Not sure what's going on but the last 6 months the app I have had many issues with my app. I can't transfer money between my accounts sometimes, can't use bill pay, can't see my previous transactions, and sometimes when I log in everything is blank. It used to be a great app and never had issues. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. New update hate the new look. It's not as user-friendly either now.

After the last update, the bill pays experience is horrible on my phone (Galaxy Z fold 3). There is no room to see everything unless I constantly scroll up and down. The UI size should be adjustable (like the SMS screen pinch/spread). *EDIT 4/22/26* still having these problems. Now, if I schedule 3 or more bill payments I can't see the 3rd or later payments because it won't let me scroll the payment list.
