Great app, you can see your trip laid out, contact hotels and add tickets to your Google wallet for easier access. Really good. Minor complaints, could do with easier train ticket booking (e.g. Filter by only 2 or 3 changes), and sometimes csn be finicky loading "earlier" or "later" train options. But really the app is good and works well. Easy to book what you need

Does offer some convenience but in the grand scheme of things, it falls short on its role as a middle person/agent. For example, #1 missing flights and higher cost (airline website has more flight options and at cheaper prices) #2 does not reconcile with hotel partners on loyalty points. I made a booking which is eligible for hotel loyalty as stated in travel perk but wasn't able to get the points after my stay at the hotel. Worst, travel perk is unable to resolve the issue at all.

This app is functionally useless. Today I had the horrible experience of trying to download an Anytime Day Return. They only sent me my outbound, and nowhere would it provide me with my return, leaving me trapped between stations. Travel Perk support sent me to station staff, station staff sent me to Travel Perk. After 25 minutes Travel Perk realized all they had to do was send me the missing ticket. A useless, stressful experience. I only wish I could give this app zero stars.
