Receive error message once logged in & unable to view itinerary. Have reported to Click Travel help center who are raising a ticket.

Terrible. Suffers from the twin problems of making login unnecessarily complex and constantly requiring me to re-authenticate. Whenever trying to access my tickets I frequently find I am logged out of the app. I then have to go through the process of getting a code from my WORK email, which is not always readily available. Completely unacceptable when I am at a barrier or worse having my ticket inspected on a train with poor signal! Fundamentally flawed. DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP!

Seems well below average so far. Annoyingly regularly logs you at seemingly random points - biometrics anyone?! Random logouts are bad enough, but doesn't store tickets locally, so trying to log back in when there's no phone signal is a problem, not to mention embarrassing. Certainly doesn't feel like a 2024 app, and will be uninstalling as soon as my journey is over.
