For the Via Rail Traveler this is the easiest and best place to book your trip. I am disabled and had no problem putting in what help I would need at the station. If you frequently use VIA Rail, consider becoming a member because then the points you accumulate you can use for other trips. The fantastic, wonderful and unbelievable trip that I took on The Canadian, I am still using points from for free trips.

I love travelling by VIA. My first trip was across Canada to Vancouver and back, and it was a trip I will never forget. The meals were fantastic. Booking my trips has always been easy and the staff on the trains are always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend VIA.

Doesn't show boarding pass. Can't access current trip - produces 400 status code error. Useless.

I had an incident on a train where the mirror hit me in the head causing a head injury reported it to the toronto via station counter once iff the train it was years ago however they said my next trip would have voucher there was no talk of an expiration date or I would have requested it is that ride itself be discounted as I do not use the train often now I go to book this upcoming trip and after contacting via they stated it was too long ago I emailed & left message with via customer service

Via rail has no idea what they are doing. They advertise internet, didn't work jad to use my phones' data, the employees had everyone shift out of 2 cars just to have everyone shift back, I had my ticket check by 5 different people and was threatened to be kicked off each time, not only will I be never using via rail again, but I will be spending the next while badmouthing them to everyone I can and publicly posting about the horrible experience I had.

CAN SOMEBODY EXPLAIN FROM YOUR DEPARTMENT WHAT WILL BE DONE TO FIX AN ISSUE, IF YOUR CUSTOMER SELECT THE LOWER BERTH, FROM THE UPPER BERTH FOR THE SLEEPER CLASS, FOR FUTURE RESERVATIONS? ONCE YOU TAP 'LOWER BERTH' THE DAMN SELECTION WON'T GO THROUGH!
