Excellent service on train from Oakville to Windsor. Attendant was polite, friendly, efficient. Amazing service!!!! Meal was excellent in business class as well as all beverages. I was shocked with this improvement of Via trains. Great job!!! I will only travel by train to Windsor in the future. No more driving 4hrs or more on the 401 expressway again!

I love travelling by VIA. My first trip was across Canada to Vancouver and back, and it was a trip I will never forget. The meals were fantastic. Booking my trips has always been easy and the staff on the trains are always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend VIA.

5/14/26 travel... ticket says 12:13, VIA 73, ALDR to Windsor... in station board says 12:36 (roughly)... app real-time tracker says 12:25 (roughly)... I m at track level at 12:13 as a friend has missed a train because of sync problems b4...no train as train to Toronto pulls in... ask helpful lady for train info... what happened to this train? She checks app... "app was in error" = me; nice young lady = "we have no reports of app/website real-train tracker sync problems"... you do now...

Spent half an hour fighting the unfriendly app, got to the end, authorizes payment only to get, "unexpected error has occurred". Never seen a company so determined to *prevent* you from giving thrm your money

Via rail has no idea what they are doing. They advertise internet, didn't work jad to use my phones' data, the employees had everyone shift out of 2 cars just to have everyone shift back, I had my ticket check by 5 different people and was threatened to be kicked off each time, not only will I be never using via rail again, but I will be spending the next while badmouthing them to everyone I can and publicly posting about the horrible experience I had.

Doesn't show boarding pass. Can't access current trip - produces 400 status code error. Useless.

CAN SOMEBODY EXPLAIN FROM YOUR DEPARTMENT WHAT WILL BE DONE TO FIX AN ISSUE, IF YOUR CUSTOMER SELECT THE LOWER BERTH, FROM THE UPPER BERTH FOR THE SLEEPER CLASS, FOR FUTURE RESERVATIONS? ONCE YOU TAP 'LOWER BERTH' THE DAMN SELECTION WON'T GO THROUGH!
