Rail Ninja was great. Our flights from Thailand were cancelled and Rail Ninja rebooked our train from Athens to Thessaloniki even though they were under no obligation to do so. We would have missed our crucial connection to North Macedonia had they not have helped us.

I've seen some bad reviews of this app/service and TBH, I REALLY don't get why. This app and service it provides is EXTREMELY easy. You just need to have a basic understanding of where you're located, what the primary stations are called/located and then away you go. What makes me salty is how damn expensive it is. my husband and I are honeymooning in Italy right now. This App/service has allowed us to visit several cities within a short amount of time. It's incredible!

Rail Ninja are providing a much needed service, especially for international travelers. I personally booked with them a train ticket that was overpriced initially. With said, I was able to access the local train with easy and able to get my trip. After providing them with feedback, they were happy to provide a fair deal and last time I check their prices, they were quite reasonable. I'd book with them in the future as long as thier prices are reasonable. Thank you.

SCAM ALERT! Rail Ninja is an SCAM! Double the price, and they changed our seats, no support. Booked our seats properly 2 months before the trip, my toddlers were seated on different seats as well as myself. I had to basically beg the passengers to let me and my family be together, even though I booked our seats well in advance, seated together. Train station ticketing office said it would have been cheaper if we booked at the Station directly, No support! No refund! SCAM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I don't recommend buying train tickets from this app. I bought a ticket from Tangier to Marrakesh, and it literally cost twice the official price at the train station. This app is a scam, and it should be removed from the Google Play Store
