PerliTrack: GPS Fleet Tracker

PerliTrack is a GPS fleet tracker that puts every vehicle and every driver's phone on one live map. Vehicle tracking built for small fleets, trades, delivery teams and families who need to know where their vehicles are right now, and where they have been.

LIVE FLEET TRACKING MAP
• Every GPS tracker and phone in your fleet on one map, updating in real time
• Speed, direction and last-seen time for each vehicle
• Trip and position history for each vehicle
• Organise trackers into groups (vans, cars, plant, boats)

TURN A PHONE INTO A GPS TRACKER
• No hardware needed: sign in on a driver's phone and it reports to your fleet
• Keeps working with the screen off, with an ongoing "Tracking this phone" notification so the person always knows
• Nobody joins a fleet without accepting an invitation, and anyone can leave the fleet or sign out to stop sharing
• Set what each phone travels in so it shows the right icon on the map

GEOFENCES AND ALERTS
• Draw zones around depots, sites and customers
• Alerts when a vehicle or phone enters or leaves a zone, or goes over a speed limit
• Target a geofence at one tracker, a group or the whole fleet
• Push notifications on your phone and e-mail alerts

FLEET CHAT
• Message your drivers and team from inside the app
• One fleet-wide conversation for everyone in your organisation
• Notifications for new messages

VEHICLE ISSUES AND OFF-ROAD
• Drivers report a fault or downtime on a vehicle with a description
• Mark a vehicle off-road until it is fixed, so nobody takes it out
• Service due date and odometer shown on each vehicle

HOURS AND BREAKS
• Drivers record their working hours and breaks from the app
• Managers see the time recorded across the fleet

SHARE THE WORK
• Invite co-owners, admins and dispatchers to help run the fleet
• Role-based access: drivers see only what they need
• Works with plug-in GPS trackers and OBD-II adapters as well as phones

PLANS
PerliTrack is free for 2 trackers, 1 geofence and 7 days of history, with a small banner ad at the bottom of the main pages (never while you are driving). Paid plans remove all ads and raise the limits:
• Starter: 5 trackers, 30-day history, 5 geofences
• Fleet: 25 trackers, 90-day history, unlimited geofences
• Business: 100 trackers, 1-year history, REST API and priority support
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Google Play and can be cancelled in Google Play at any time.

PRIVACY
Location data is shared only with the fleet you belong to. It is never sold and never given to advertisers, and it is kept in the European Union. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app.
