As a bank Permata is a good bank but Permata ME application is very slow and since past couple of days when I want to open Permata Application using my phone data I am not able to open, but I can open using Wi-Fi connection, this need to be resolved, I am sorry I have given 3 star only bcoz of Application problem. Once again I want to say Permata as a bank is superb. Thanks for the prompt reply and yes I did as you said, and it works, and so I am changing star for 3 to 5. Big thanks to Hendricks

My international SWIFT transfer has been missing for weeks. The beneficiary never received the funds, while Permata Bank keeps saying only that the payment was sent. Instead of resolving the issue through SWIFT, I was asked to collect interbank documents myself. Communication has been inconsistent and unhelpful. Official complaint: Request ID 1wj7ow. I cannot recommend Permata Bank for international transfers.

The app is still problematic. After last issue with biometric, I disabled it and went on with manual password login without issues. Then whem I tried activating Biometric, the problem returned. Now I hvae disabled it and am forced to log in manually, which is so inconvenient.

Why you close Permata Net and replace with this stupid applications. It's a completely wrong move Permata Bank!!!!!
