As a bank Permata is a good bank but Permata ME application is very slow and since past couple of days when I want to open Permata Application using my phone data I am not able to open, but I can open using Wi-Fi connection, this need to be resolved, I am sorry I have given 3 star only bcoz of Application problem. Once again I want to say Permata as a bank is superb. Thanks for the prompt reply and yes I did as you said, and it works, and so I am changing star for 3 to 5. Big thanks to Hendricks

My international SWIFT transfer has been missing for weeks. The beneficiary never received the funds, while Permata Bank keeps saying only that the payment was sent. Instead of resolving the issue through SWIFT, I was asked to collect interbank documents myself. Communication has been inconsistent and unhelpful. Official complaint: Request ID 1wj7ow. I cannot recommend Permata Bank for international transfers.

Payment with qris had become unreliable (again). Permata surely take a different route with this app, other mobile banking app took the speed path, this one choose mindfulness. You should always be presented, do not rush things when interacting with this app; otherwise it will ask you to restart your journey, back to login page. The app builder surely a head of the trend, they had been sloppy before AI sloppiness is a thing.

They stopped supporting any access by laptop, so we are 100% locked in on using the phone app. To make matters worse the phone app doesn't work at all for downloading an e-statement so if you need e-statements for business or personal taxes you're screwed. If you contact support they give you the most basic scripted response. Worthless!!! The bank is pretty good, but that's not good enough anymore, and it seems to be getting worse

Update 01/10/29 after latest update we need so many unimportance permission, like location, phone, contact, Bluetooth ? For what ? Lagging and slow. In 01/01/2022 New Year, I got unexpected error 605, whole world are got improvement, why NOT you did to ? Ehm.too much frequent update it's very useless, please make sure developing with major improvement then update, minor is just wasted the data package without an improvement so much, please note it, 0.5 star are suitable for Permata Mobile X
