As a bank Permata is a good bank but Permata ME application is very slow and since past couple of days when I want to open Permata Application using my phone data I am not able to open, but I can open using Wi-Fi connection, this need to be resolved, I am sorry I have given 3 star only bcoz of Application problem. Once again I want to say Permata as a bank is superb. Thanks for the prompt reply and yes I did as you said, and it works, and so I am changing star for 3 to 5. Big thanks to Hendricks

The worst mobile banking app experience I have ever had using this. Just now I failed to make payment using QR because it won't allow me to login, saying my biometric data has changed. Meanwhile, I have been using my fingerprint to unlock my phone normally. Then I have to relogin manually, it puts me in a loop where I have to repeatedly log in with user ID, password, then setup mobile PIN, and when it should have been a success, it goes back to the same problem saying my biometric data has changed!

My international SWIFT transfer has been missing for weeks. The beneficiary never received the funds, while Permata Bank keeps saying only that the payment was sent. Instead of resolving the issue through SWIFT, I was asked to collect interbank documents myself. Communication has been inconsistent and unhelpful. Official complaint: Request ID 1wj7ow. I cannot recommend Permata Bank for international transfers.
