Design has promise, but basic functionality doesn't work properly. Notifications do not work at all, the subscription management looks correct and shares good information about upcoming shipments. The notification feature is a big draw of the application, instead I've simply set a recurring reminder in a reliable system. I probably will abandon the app and just use the website directly. I'd recommend the same for other users.

Finding where to log in is ridiculously hard. Every time you go on the website all you get is take the assessment and get 60 percent off. Meanwhile current customers don't want to take the assessment every time they go on the website. Making the log in more accessible would be a wise decision. I can't use the app cause the only page I can get to is take the assessment and get 60 percent off, very irritating.
