Our Santa videos have become a much beloved tradition in our home, which our "elf on the shelf" arrange for our child. Each time, our son is left in awe and feels so very special to have received a personalized message from Santa.

It was awesome however I don't like how they make you pay $10 just to be able to save it into your drive space and I don't like how they only give you three times to watch the video my daughter loved it she got so excited it made me feel really good they need to have it where you can at least save the video without having to pay or at least let the kid watch the movie videos more than 3 times and Santa Claus is supposed to say your child's name so because my daughter has a unique name he didn't say it

I paid for a premier render after paying the render time went well over 1 hour, and I'm still waiting on the video 2 hours after. I have requested a full refund.
