If lending/loan agencies will ask you to make advance payment para tumaas chance na lumaki reloan or mas mataas approval, DONT BELIEVE THEM. Why do u have to lie sa clients nyo? Tomorrow ang deadline ko yet nagpay ako agad today. Nag advance payment pra makareloan uli for emergency reasons. Because according sa agent na tumawag higher chance of reloan. But instead REJECTED right away. I even recommended you sa mga kasama ko sa clinic. Now I'll let dem know para d ituloy.
