Absolutely love the concept of this, however I have no way to actually pay my insurance in the app even though they keep telling me to go to a section of the app, it doesn't even exist. When I asked them for help because it's not there, they just tell me to go to the section that doesn't exist. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Edit; was able to get help via their text help, told me I had auto-pay, which was never told to me, and that my issue with the app was fixed.

THIS APP MAKES IT VERY EASY TO FILE CLAIMS. SOME CLAIMS PAID INTO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT IN AS LITTLE AS 1 DAY. VERY QUICK AND FAIR DECISIONS. I DO PAY HIGH PREMIUMS. I GOT EVERYTHING I COULD GET FOR MY PET. JUST PUT IN BUDGET.

Terrible, not happy! I have to uninstall, then reinstall the app, every time I want to access my accounts, it's making me very angry, since I'm trying to get a claim resolved. Update: issue has been resolved, ty.

This app is very glitchy. I always have to re-enter my login information twice just to get into the app. Right as I got my policy, the app kept telling me it was a future policy, so I was unable to submit claims even though the policy date had already started. Emailed support and my account was not linked properly. Downgraded my review to a 1 star. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app so many times just to try and get into it!! My claim NEVER updates when figo tells me it has. Awful app!!

I have been trying for two days to log onto the app to be able to update my payment method for my insurance and I can't do it. It just loads. It never goes anywhere. I managed to log in through an email but after the welcome page it put me back into the app where it just kept loading again.
