Loss Prevention: Unique pet tags integrate with your Pet Cloud profile. If your pet ever goes astray, they can be reunited with you using the unique code on the back of the tag. You and your family are alerted via text message.
Live Vet Access: Have a pet emergency or question for a veterinarian? Pet Cloud users can access live veterinary professionals 24/7.
Pet Insurance: The Pet Cloud seamlessly integrates with Figo Pet Insurance. Submit claims, add medical records and anything pertaining to your pet’s health through the app. Also, information about your pet’s insurance policy—deductible, payment history, coverage, etc.—is automatically populated.

I honestly don't get why people are pissed about having to log in each time. The app is great. I've had it for a while now and everything is extremely easy to access; policy documents, claim tracker, filing a claim, reaching out to their service team, chatting with a vet that's available 24/7, and seeing other pets like a social media app. It's very user-friendly and a great enough app for me to recommend. As someone who works in insurance, ALL insurance apps should be like this.

Horrible. If I could, I rated it 0 stars. Unusable, can't get into the app, tried to redo password, wouldn't accept after 3 tries, did not recognize the security code it just sent me. I remember once when it did work, I had a lot of difficulty in uploading my vet data to make a claim. Same response from FIGO. She could have care less that I could not access 'their' app. And so far my experience with FIGO isn't great either. The phone assistant was unintelligible, finally gave up.

This app is terrible. It crashes or doesn't load constantly, and it is the only way to submit claims or review EOBs. Run away from both this app and Figo pet insurance.
