Had audio issues to start, but customer care IS AMAZING and fixed it immediately. This rocks and so does there customer support.

Working well so far. Only reason I knocked off a star was because the video clips flash constantly on the history rather than as a static frame which is visually off-putting and makes it difficult to keep track of which clip you are after. A still frame per clip would be ideal. Also wish there were more pet options on the category list than just cat or dog. Would also be great to log in to the camera on more than one device as at the moment me and my daughter can't watch live at the same time.

It could be a little more intuitive and user-friendly, but I'm still getting used to the new Tracker, so I've reached out to support for help. I'll update my review once I have figured things out.

Edit: I was rather scathing in my feedback, and received a refund and what appears to be an email response written by an actual person. Absolutely fantastic. If auto-signing people up for the emergency vet option is a bug, it desperately needs to be fixed. Can't believe they got back to me. From 1 star to 4! --They'll charge you for the "pet emergency" thing even if you never sign up for it. Gross behavior. Did the same to my girlfriend with hers--

The camerae are garbage and so is the app, I would not pay money for anything labeled 'pet cube'

Buggy, laggy and unreliable. I have had issues with the cameras disconnecting and with the camera playing my voice through the speaker even when I have that setting turned off in the app. Without paying a ton for a premium subscription, you can't use most of the useful features the camera is capable of. You can't record without paying. It is capable of live video and two-way audio, thus the 2 stars. Edit: The support team has been unable to resolve my issues for weeks. Thank you though.
